I enjoyed every detail here, including location and staff, that were great.

Spotless accommodation, pretty friendly staff with assisting people with difficulties.

Freshly cooked breakfast with lots of options, contemporary and spotlessly clean place.

The hotel is fairly clean and big size, has polite staff and perfect location was conveniently located right by the Giants stadium.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was good. Its location was central, walking distance to Pac-Bell Stadium.

The place was top-notch, we loved it. Welcoming staff at all times. Its location was strategic, near the baseball stadium, trains and the rail station.

Nice stay in this hotel. Central location, accommodating staff. I loved having central heating, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The bed was great, a bath worked well.

My stay was really really nice here. The lobby was welcoming and clean. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a downtown area, next to the Giants stadium as well as Chase Center. Plus, Oracle Park Baseball Stadium was located in the immediate surroundings.

Generous sized room, good bed, fine breakfast. Thai style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms.

staff were pleasant, so we enjoyed our being there. it made our trip to san francisco a fairly nice experience.

Fab overall experience. In the morning I had CHEAP cheese, bacon and fresh fruit. Generally everything was very easy, even so the bathroom was very dirty. The pool was heated and I had free hot drinks in the main bar.

Some people working there were poor.

Ideal location & the food was exceptional! The staff were ready to help, every need of guests is catered for.

The stay at this nice looking hotel was a perfectly pleasant one. I greatly enjoyed the place, it was spotlessly clean & the staff were superfriendly. Room was big and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The views were beautiful from the window. The venue was adjacent to - the baseball stadium and end thanks to its good location.

We had an EXCELLENT 2 nights stay. We greatly enjoyed hotel's cozy lobby.

Great value and a restful experience. I liked the hotel, all the interiors were stunning. Room was well-kept and it had shampoo and slippers, that's cool. The staff was phenomenal and recommended an amazing restaurant.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was free. South of Market (SOMA) district was definitely worth visiting. Staff was all so friendly!

Greatly enjoyed wonderful service and staff of the hotel. We took a king room and it had climate control, a safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. For lunch or dinner go to Victor's Inc, located steps away from the venue.

Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport. Lovely base for vacation in San Francisco. The hotel met expectations...
